Model Test Study on a Shield Tunnel Adjacent to Pile in the Sub-Clay of a Coastal Area

In this study, a model test system of shield driving adjacent to pile is realized study the response surrounding rock and induced by an advanced tunnel in silty clay layer coastal area. The function automatic pushing synchronous grouting were partially simulated. Similar materials lining, soft pile, developed. A total 33 sets orthogonal tests designed progressive failure caused excavation change stratum displacement soil pressure; internal force also analyzed. following conclusions can be given: (1) best filling coefficient range for case 1.4 1.6; (2) fitting experimental data obtain settlement through width parameter suggests that K value decreased 0.075 at least, increases with increase pile-tunnel distance decreases depth; (3) weak divided into five zones according pressure study. key condition control factor was determined.
